The company Inwestycje Medyczne Łódzkiego Sp. z o.o. was established by the Łódź Voivodeship by the Company’s Articles of Association dated March 18, 2014, on the basis of the consent of the decision-making body of the Łódź Voivodeship Self-Government expressed in Resolution No. XLII/789/13 of the Łódź Voivodeship Assembly dated November 25, regarding: granting consent to the establishment of a commercial law company – a limited liability company.
The core business of the Company is the implementation of the public utility tasks of the Łódź Voivodeship Government in the form of health promotion and protection – as defined in the Voivodeship Self-Government Act.
The core business of the Company will be carried out through the provision of services of general economic interest consisting in meeting the collective needs of the local government community of the Łódź Voivodeship in the field of health promotion and protection, which will be commissioned by the Łódź Voivodeship.
