Position: Position: Public Procurement Specialist in the Public Procurement and Purchasing Department (full-time)
Scope of basic activities:
- Ensuring the implementation of tasks related to the preparation and conduct of public procurement procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law,
- Preparation of documentation relating to the award of public contracts, including specifications of essential terms of the contract and draft contracts, in cooperation with relevant units,
- Maintaining a register of public procurement contracts and publishing information on ongoing proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law,
- Maintaining tender documentation,
- Monitoring legal changes in documents and procedures related to public procurement,
- Cooperation with other organizational units of the Company,
- Participating in inspections and providing explanations to inspection institutions,
Our requirements
Essential requirements:
- Higher education,
- Experience in a similar position, including at least 5 years of experience in handling public procurement in accordance with the Act of 1 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law,
- Thorough knowledge of applicable public procurement law and the ability to apply it in practice,
- Experience in monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the procurement process,
- Ability to organize own work,
- Ability to build relationships, motivate, and resolve conflicts,
- Computer skills, including MS Office,
- Responsibility, accuracy and commitment to work.
Additional perks:

- Experience in awarding public procurement contracts co-financed by EU funds

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the Labor Code, Article 22¹ § 1.
5. Providing the above-mentioned personal data by you is necessary and is a statutory requirement.
6. Your personal data will be processed on behalf of the data controller by authorized employees only for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.
7. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months.
8. Your personal data will not be made available to external entities, except in cases required by law.
9. Under the terms of the GDPR, you are entitled to:
a) the right to access the content of your data,
b) the right to rectify them if they are inconsistent with the actual state,
c) the right to delete, limit processing, and transfer data – in cases provided for by law,
d) the right to object to data processing,
e) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on personal data protection,
f) the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on consent.
