About the company
The Company carries out the tasks of the Lodz Voivodeship Government on the basis of the entrustment agreement concluded on 12 September 2014 by supporting Medical Entities for which the Local Government is the founding body, in all legally permissible forms, conducting activities of a non-profit nature and not acting for the purpose of making profits or generating income.
The core business of the Company is the implementation of the Lodz Voivodeship Government’s own public utility tasks in the form of health promotion and protection, as well as tasks related to equipping healthcare facilities with the necessary medical equipment, personal protective equipment, as well as construction investments, renovations and modernizations of buildings.
The form of support for Medical Entities is always adapted to the current legal requirements and the factual conditions of individual activities.
